Coaching is aimed at anyone wishing to:
• Clarify their objectives
• Being supported in achieving their goals
• Better understand oneself and evolve
• Regain self-confidence
• Improve stress management
• Developing self-esteem
• Better manage emotions
• Finding a balance between personal and professional life
• Improve work habits or lifestyle habits
• Improve communication
• Having the opportunity to talk with a coach to facilitate the thinking on a specific subject
There is no age or category of people, coaching is for everyone: teenagers, students, men, women, working or not...
Each session lasts between 50 and 90 minutes and is done in person, by videoconference or by phone. I ask you powerful questions to clarify the situation and define the best strategy(ies) to move forward. I also use various tools (introspection, practical exercises, neuroscience, relaxation, breathing, hypnosis) to help you progress. I don't tell you what to do or how to do it, but I facilitate your thinking to find solutions that are specific to you. Each program is unique, but as a general rule, the first session is used to define specific objectives. The following sessions are used to define the actions to be implemented to achieve them.
