There is no fundamental difference between these terms. They all refer to support aimed at improving various aspects of a person's life, whether it is well-being, emotional management, personal or professional goals.

Coaching is aimed at anyone wishing to:

How does a life coaching session take place?

Each session lasts between 50 and 90 minutes and is done in person, by videoconference or by phone. I ask you powerful questions to clarify the situation and define the best strategy(ies) to move forward. I also use various tools (introspection, practical exercises, neuroscience, relaxation, breathing, hypnosis) to help you progress. I don't tell you what to do or how to do it, but I facilitate your thinking to find solutions that are specific to you. Each program is unique, but as a general rule, the first session is used to define specific objectives. The following sessions are used to define the actions to be implemented to achieve them.

How many sessions are needed?

Each coaching program is unique. It depends on the objectives set. Support can last between 3 and 12 sessions depending on the needs and development of the person.
We will discuss it together and we will also adapt to your progress.
